~Metallica....Media releted honest!!~

HeyHey!!! i thought i better write sumthing today as i didnt yesters.... i was a tad busy tbh!! lol!!

Well i had my animaton class, which is all good! Gotta love animation XD!! I had the task of drawing characters!! wooo.... yeah andyou thought paint had no useful use! lol!! But that only lasted an hour for i had to catch a train at 4.34 with Phil and Alex for an epic trip to NOTTINGHAM!!! wooooo...its a good as everyone says it is :p, tho getting a train to notts that gets in at 5 for a gig that starts at 7 seems a tad early but we had an Amanda to find!!

Heres the crew!! Me with the green hair, Phil to my side, Alex next to him and Amanda (bless she so tiny!!!)! Plus it seems i booked THE furtherest hotel i could possibly find! Tho it was pretty Swish. Four beds in one room, you couldnt spell orgy any simpler!! (joke!!) Anyhoo, we made another epic taxi trip to the FM arena, and OMG it fucking fantasic in there!! Barrier love!!! Machine Head were Fucking amazing, much better then when i saw them at Slipknot! And then the big gun themselves!! There where as amazing as you would think they would be but times a thousand!! If you ever get the chance to see them i urge you to!! It well worth it!! Your prob wondering what media production has to do with this... Well it does, in its own subtle way... Good Piccies!!! I knew still imaging classes where useful!!! Th0 Alex is a VVVVVVV good photographic guy XD!!Anyhoo i shall leave you as the train jounery back wasnt as fun as that, but ill leave you with a selction of piccies for yous!!!! ~Music Video Production - Day2~

Hey everyone!! Has been a very productive day!! (kinda :p) Ok granted i didn't actually wake up till about 1.30pm... but meh I'm a student its what i do!! When i did actually do something, i had a video lecture on editing, which I'm sure will come in useful one day, if i ever finish shooting all the footage!! Luckily for me i went to the uni store and the camera i wanted to use was in stock (SCORE!!!) tho i didn't get out a tripod AGAIN!! And i had a very nice person on the desk who allowed me to have the cam overnight due to my location being a bit of bitch to get to. So I thank that guy. However when i got to Oadby it all started going down hill again... Problem one of the night: i try to turn on the camera to put the tape in, no battery... so i had to charge it, wasting shooting time.... When it was ready to go and my talent for the day was ready (Stefan) it was attempted action time.

We shot the scenes in Wills room which a pretty scary place it has to said... Knifes, chemistry stuff.... yeah. But it had to be done for lighting purposes. That itself wasn't the mega issue of the night, which i thought might be as that was an extremely important part of the shot, i needed most of Stefan's face covered in shadow for the effect. One of the mega issues of the night was however Dave AGAIN!!! He was slightly intoxicated to say the least, and was putting off my actor as well as speaking during a take i was doing... a silent scene

Right so that was mega issue number one, mega issue number two was Will, OK granted he filmed so good footage for me again, but he proceeded to go mad and wield a knife at peoples.... this not being a great thing i must say... then pounced on Stefan attacking him ( not physical, well at frist...) before stabbing him in the hand!!!! So my actor was now bleeding... great!! Luckily i had captured the required footage and more, including new bloppers, which are on the tape... so i cant show you now... one day tho. one day!!!

Right i think thats everything for today!! Happy pancake/start of lent!!

~Media Tech Class~

Alright, im currently sat in my media tech class, Mondays 2-4, and well frankly its shit, iv so far, listened to my tutor drown on about the amazingness of this film im currently not watching, while writing this, and i dnt get it! Its full of ghastly music, and just random shit!! So far iv had to endure this for about an HOUR!!!! Thats just the film btw, Im so glad i set up this wireless internet, its the only thing keeping me sane, bar my obessive use of Facebook (which i still hate with passion, yet cant seem to be able to leave!!) This is not a class for people who cannot sit still or remain quiet or get bored very easier, and i as fulfill all of those i dont understand why im still here... -_-. I swear everyweek it getts duller, and the numbers get fewer and fewer, yet i still, go.... anyone wanna explain why? Feel free to. So yeah thats what im currently doing, this day is quite possible the worse day in my timetable, for i have Media Tech 1002 (this class now) 2-4 and then Multimedia Fundmentals 1003 at 4-6 (thats maths and physics just to fill you in)!
Aww well today will get better, as instead of maths im going to the Varsity Fottie Match today!! WHooo!!

~Music Video Project~ Why small children and Santa hates Dave

Hey Hey all!
While i was reviewing the footage of my shoot (know that i have vague idea how the camera work, XD) i saw what can be described as sicken to all small children out there!! Dave tackling a poor defenseless and startled wild Santa to the ground!!!

So parents beware of this person!! And keep your children with you all time, as they will turn in to violent beasts and try and atttack him!! Wouldnt you?

Ill leave you for know with the footage that will sicken children, so i have rated it at 10+

~Music Video Project~ Day 1 of Production.

Yesterday i started my music video shooting, scary stuff! Although we did get some footage done in the end, it didnt all gone exactly to plan... I went to borrow a camera and tripod from the stores when disaster one hit... No tri pods left in the stores, i thought right it'll be fine, as i really need to get sum footage shot. I get to location (my Boyfriends halls at the rival uni XD) and sort out the costumes out with my co star, Im making a music Video for Kidnap the Sandy Claws btw ^_^) all went fine and we thought nothing of the rest of the casts gear. So when it came to shooting later on we went to get our Sandy Claws in to costume, when diaster 2 stuck, he had no Santa Hat... most other times of the year this would be fine as we live in a country of Chirstmas for about 10 Months of the year, however as easter hasnt gone yet (tho it seems like it be going forever....) there were no Santa to be seen in any PoundLands or Fancy Dress shops in Leicester.... So this serverely limited my option of shots, neither the less i got on with what i could. Never ever under estimate the uses that traffic cones have!! We sorted the tripod issue out, using a freshly ermm 'librated' traffic cones (Students will never learn)!!

As you see Jo with my 'tripod' there using it for the much more interesting sportof 'Dave-Baiting@ but a story for another day!!

Anyways once my camera man - William 'Mcloving' Sneddon had sent up the camera on this hi tech piece of equiptment it was time for 'ACTION!!!'

We shot the first scene to much liking inside before moving on in the storyboard, and heading outside to shot the box scenes..... Lets just say if Asda knew the pain the box they gave us would cause they would have taking it away for ours and everyone elses safety... lol! Well they say pictures speak a thousand words, im sure a video speaks many more, so i shall leave you all in peace with a of the highlights of Day 1!!
